Rotation 1: Project Manager and Program Lead – Global Manufacturing Network Operations (PT Mfg.)
- Project manager for the PT Manufacturing Academy (PTMA), an emerging operational harmonization initiative impacting 800+ technicians and QC associates across 9 global manufacturing sites.
- Drove development of a skills & competencies matrix to standardize technical training. Conducted data analytics to prioritize high-risk process areas and implement remedial training.
- Integrated real-world manufacturing data with virtual training environments, enhancing workforce upskilling efforts. Created data dashboards and advanced digital training tools to measure program performance.
Rotation 2: Compliance Lead – Business Enabling and Compliance (SSF Drug Product)
- Launched and piloted a proactive compliance initiative to keep SSF Drug Product Manufacturing organization current with industry standards. Process mapped manufacturing operations and conducted Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) gap analysis.
- Improved local compliance and risk management in alignment with global standards, directly contributing to the success of an FDA audit with no 483 observations.
- Ensured proactive regulatory alignment, reducing future audit risks and write-off costs ($10M+ per batch).
Rotation 3: Data Engineering & Analytics Lead – Global Engineering / Mfg. Science & Technology (PTT)
- Developed a data analytics product to assess risk across $500M+ in annual spend on direct materials, enhancing proactive supply chain risk management and ensuring reliable delivery to patients.
- Created longitudinal risk analyses that improved visibility for stakeholders across Pharma Technical Ops.
- Managed stakeholder feedback and project milestones, aligning with Roche's pharma strategy goal of supply chain resilience and operational efficiency.
